At Windsor Presbyterian Church, we believe in the power of God's love, the divinity of Jesus Christ, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. We believe that through faith and prayer, we can overcome any obstacle and live a life of purpose and meaning.
We believe that worship is a powerful way to connect with God and experience His presence. We offer dynamic worship services that incorporate music, prayer, liturgy and teaching.
Preaching and teaching God's word is fundamental to our understanding of who God is and our response to living out his teachings.
From September through May our sermon texts follow the Narrative Lectionary which are arranged in narrative sequence each 4-year cycle beginning in Genesis and ending through the early church. Learn more about the Narrative Lectionary.
During the summer months we have special series that have included: Holy Spirit, Presbyterian Theology and Practices, and Justice: Following the Way of Jesus.

Our music is spirit-filled! We have traditional and contemporary music and our accompaniment is varied from Sunday to Sunday with piano, organ, guitar, mandolin, cello, violin, trumpet, percussion and drums.
We have an active choir program! Once a month our Choir sings for worship, and helps lead worship at our special evening services including EvenSong Worship, Blue Christmas, Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday services. All are welcome to attend our weekly Wednesday choir rehearsals at 7:00 pm from September through May. A few times a year we have a special handbell choir as well.
Baptism is a central to our faith. If you have not been baptized and would like, you can visit with our pastor to learn more.
The Easter resurrection of Jesus Christ is the center of our Christian year and worship.
We celebrate Communion, also known as the Lord's Supper throughout the year on special Sundays or the first Sunday of the month.
Our Christmas Eve service is a beautiful and holy remembrance of the birth of Jesus, and features a candlelight service with scripture readings, special music and traditional carols.
Since January 2023 we have issued quarterly Sacred Moments newsletters filled with themed contemplative writings, prayers, scripture, poetry, artwork, photography and music playlists. Much of the content is from our own Windsor Presbyterian Church members.
If you'd like to receive our quarterly Sacred Moments newsletter emailed directly to you, sign up below, and we will add you to the mailing list.
A Conversation with God
My Renovaré Spiritual Formation Bible defines prayer simply as “Interactive conversation with God about what we and God are thinking and doing together.”
Experiencing Awe
Awe causes us to feel our smallness and finitude. At the same time, it connects us to the enormity of life itself—to all creation and each other.
We Need Connection
It is not good for a human to be alone. We know it isn’t good. We know we need connection, yet two competing forces seem to be always be at work in us: love and fear.
Be Still -- Psalm 46
by Wendell Kimbrough
Be still, slow down,
breathe in, breath out,
and know that I am God.
Join us as we look
to see the light,
to know the light,
and to be the light.
Therefore, is anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: the old has gone,
the new is here!
2 Corinthians 5:17
Into the forest I go,
to lose my mind
and find my soul.
